Who we are

QME is a one-stop shop when it comes to developing one’s idea into an executable artistic form – be it a live concert event, film, music production, educational workshop, virtual showcase, or island wide or global advertising campaign …

Having spent more than 20 years collaborating with artists and designing promotional events, concerts, and festivals here in Trinidad & Tobago, as well as territories such as the United States, Canada, the Caribbean, Latin America, Africa, Asia and Europe, Question Mark Entertainment has managed to gain a worldly understanding of forming international links and building a vast network that enables us to create unique opportunities for our clients.

Our Story

In the year 2000, Carolyn Pasea and Simon Baptiste became partners in what at the time was a first for our localized industry, by establishing a full-service entertainment talent management brokering service.

Over the years we have developed artists such as MX Prime (formerly known as Maximus Dan), Precious, Nadia Batson, Kerwin Du Bois, Kes the Band, and Tessanne Chin to name a few.

Many of these artists have toured the world, collaborated with Billboard artists, had their music licensed to games, television shows and features, won prestigious awards, and gone on to become incredibly successful in their fields.

In 2001 we introduced two other divisions under the QME umbrella to explore events and film production. Under events we’ve managed to successfully strategize and create one-of-a-kind experiences over the years, from the MovieTowne launch to our very successful Decibel Arts and Entertainment Festival featuring “A” list celebrities, to the Tuesday On the Rocks festival series.

Even in the realm of filmmaking we’ve played an integral part as Producers and Coordinators in areas such as shorts, production of live series, features, documentaries, animations, and music videos. Some of our most heralded work has occurred with networks like MTV/Bunim-Murray on the Gauntlet II, and the production of Carnival related content for terrestrial networks like the E! Television network, and a host of streaming platforms.

Most recently we have embarked on exploring the world of app building with our desire to allow users to discover content by creators specific to the Caribbean, and the set up of a studio to create joint releases in film and music to global distribution providers.
